This filtration system can be fitted internally or externally to water cooler Models SO-302C, SO-303, SO-303C, SO-702, SO-702C, CP-2300, CP-2300C, CP-230H, CP-230HC, SO-303H, SO-303HC. Can also be fitted externally to Model DS. SEDIMENT FILTER. This sediment filter is the first stage that removes comparably bigger particles such as dirt and sand down to 5 micron in size from water supply and protects membrane and pre-carbon filter. PRE-CARBON FILTER. Second stage is the pre-carbon filter this absorbs some of the harmful organic chemicals such as chlorine, synthetic insecticides and other material from water supply. The GAC in this filter is acid-rinsed carbon. U/F MEMBRANE FILTER. The U/F membrane filter is the third stage which removes microscopic pollutants and contaminants such as waterborne micro-organisms and harmful organic chemicals bigger than 0.01 micron. However is preserves useful minerals in the water. POST CARBON FILTER. The fourth stage is post-carbon filter this absorbs some of the harmful organic chemicals such as chlorine and pesticides and reduces the bad taste and odors. The GAC in this filter is acid-rinsed carbon.
